CLUCK THE WEB FARM SHOP — CUSTOMER POLICIES
Returns and refunds
Updated 26 October 2026
Cancelling an order or returning an unwanted item
Our standard Chuck designs are printed after you order, but are not personalised to you. Printing to order does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
You can cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If an order is delivered in several parts, the cancellation period runs from receipt of its last item.
To cancel or arrange a return, email electric80media@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned. Any clear cancellation notice is sufficient; you do not have to use our optional form or obtain approval to exercise your legal right to cancel.
We will provide the UK return address and instructions privately after receiving your notice. Please contact us before posting so we can direct the parcel correctly. Our published correspondence address is not the parcel-return location, and our production partners cannot process customer returns on our behalf. Please do not send parcels to either without instructions. We will not use a delay in providing instructions to restrict your statutory rights.
Send your return within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return-postage cost. Please keep proof of posting; a tracked service can help you follow the parcel. We do not charge a return-processing or restocking fee.
If you cancel before dispatch, we will try to stop production and shipment. If the item has already been made or sent, we will explain how to return it. This does not remove your right to cancel.
Condition of change-of-mind returns
Keep items in their original condition: unwashed, unaltered and unworn except for reasonable trying-on to check fit. Return them securely packaged, using their original packaging where possible.
Returned items will be inspected. If wear, washing, marks, odours, alterations or customer-caused damage have reduced their value beyond what results from normal inspection of the kind permitted in a shop, we may deduct that actual reduction in value from the refund. Any deduction will be explained. Opening or missing packaging does not automatically invalidate your statutory return rights.
Refunds
For a statutory cancellation, we refund the returned goods and the applicable standard outward-delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we refund no more than the standard-delivery equivalent. Where only part of an order is cancelled, the delivery refund depends on whether the delivery charge would still have applied to the items kept.
Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Inspection does not extend that deadline. We use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Store credit is optional, never compulsory where a statutory refund is due.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
Email electric80media@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Where possible, include a clear photo of the item and issue; for an incorrect item or size, include its label, and for delivery damage include the packaging. If photos are not practical or do not show the issue, tell us so we can agree another reasonable way to assess it.
We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your consumer rights. This may be a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and when the problem is reported. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Some problems can be resolved without sending the item back; contact us before posting it.
The change-of-mind conditions and deadlines do not replace your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Our production partner's own claims deadline does not limit your rights against us as the seller.
